We currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader within operations. The role of Team Leader will be to manage a team of operatives working on annualised hours contracts.
The successful Team Leader will ideally, though not essentially, be degree qualified. You will be a leader of people and change, confident in planning and organising factory improvement initiatives and gaining maximum output without compromising safety or quality. The successful candidate must be a hands-on, practical person with a can-do attitude, energy and a determination to succeed.
Good IT skills are essential as are communication skills as you will be liaising with the rest of the business. Work experience in a production or manufacturing environment would also be beneficial.

We currently have a vacancy for a Tufting Technician within the maintenance team. The Role will involve planning and operating a preventative maintenance schedule on the tufting machines, along with dealing with breakdowns. Co-ordinating with production and the design team to work on new product development, assist in dealing with quality issues and ensuring the maximum OEE and up time for the machines across all sites.
The successful Tufting technician must have at least 5 years experience in the operation, maintenance and development work within the tufting environment. Good IT skills are essential as are communication skills as you will be liaising with the rest of the business
